About Kelly Grant

Kelly Grant, RD, NC, is a well-regarded natural food chef, registered dietitian and nutrition coach who has helped thousands to transform their body and health. She is the founder of the integrative and functional nutrition practice, Kelly Grant Nutrition.

Grant is a specialist in autoimmune disease, digestive health, weight and inflammation. She excels in helping people prevent and reverse disease and achieve optimal health. She is a unique registered dietitian who incorporates the practices of functional and integrative medicine to look for the root cause of disease and provide each patient with a unique, individualized treatment plan.

Grant knows personally what it is like going from doctor to doctor searching for answers. After years of medications, doctors and a laundry list of symptoms, she was able to completely reverse her own chronic autoimmune disease through an anti-inflammatory way of eating.

Her unique work experience includes having worked at top destination health resorts Canyon Ranch and at Miraval Health Resort in Tucson. She also has created health programs and lectured for major corporations, including General Electric, Four Seasons Resorts, the San Francisco Giants and the National Hockey League.

The lecture is part of the “Living Healthy with Arthritis” series of free monthly talks presented by the University of Arizona Arthritis Center at the UA College of Medicine – Tucson and supported through the Susan and Saul Tobin Endowment for Research and Education in Rheumatology. No lectures will be held in December or January or February 2015. The spring series of Living Healthy with Arthritis talks begins in March 2015.
