The primary purpose for this meeting is for Carol Karp (CFO, BUMG & BMG-Tucson) and Scott Hofferber (COO, BUMG) to join us to discuss key points of the Compensation Plan. This portion of the meeting will be free-form and conversational in style. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions or request clarification of any component of the plan. We will keep you posted should we add additional items to the evening's agenda.
