Samuel Cook, DO

Rheumatology Fellow, First Year

Dr. Cook is a first year rheumatology fellow in the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson. He completed his bachelor's degree in kinesiology at Arizona State University before going on to earn his osteopathic medical doctorate at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine - Midwestern University. Dr. Cook completed his internal medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He also spent one year serving as a hospitalist at Banner - University Medical Center - Tucson. 

Dr. Cook is a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society, the American College of Rheumatology, the Ohio Association of Rheumatology, the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.
