Classes are specifically designed to help those suffering from arthritis find new avenues to health and wellness through movement. In-person participation is limited in size to maximize participant benefit. All classes are also offered via livestream and offer modifications and special assistance to those in need. Please note: Active series recordings posted display classes which were presented in the previous program year. Program year offerings include gentle stretch, chair yoga, meditation, t'ai chi, posture and balance, and breathing.
