Mrs. Grant will delve into the most common causes of inflammation and provide simple strategies that you can do every day to reverse chronic inflammation, boost immunity and improve overall quality of your health.  She will discuss the hidden sources of inflammation in your environment and specific foods that cause chronic inflammation and unwanted weight gain.  You will receive tips and
must have foods to keep your immune system strong and inflammation low. 

 

About Kelly Grant

Kelly Grant RD, NC is a well regarded natural food chef, registered dietitian and nutrition coach who has helped thousands to transform their body and health. 

She is currently the founder of the integrative and functional nutrition practice, Kelly Grant Nutrition. Kelly is a specialist in autoimmune disease, digestive health, weight and inflammation. She excels in helping people prevent and reverse disease, get off their long list of medications and achieve optimal health.
