Dr. Justin Dunn joins U of A Arthritis Center and Division of Rheumatology

Dr. Dunn has joined the University of Arizona Arthritis Center and Division of Rheumatology as Assistant Clinical Professor and as a new member of the rheumatology team at Banner – University Medicine Tucson. 
 
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University followed by his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He then completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Texas Health San Antonio, followed by one year as Chief Resident of Quality and Safety. Dr. Dunn then completed his rheumatology fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
 
Dr. Dunn takes care of adults with a broad spectrum of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases at the Banner – University Medicine Rheumatology Clinic – South Campus. He has a clinical interest in the utilization of point-of-care ultrasound in the care of patients with rheumatic disease and has completed ultrasound training programs through the Society of Hospital Medicine/CHEST in 2022 and through the Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists (USSONAR) in 2025. He is an active member of the American College of Rheumatology.
