Samuel Cook, DO

After completing his fellowship in rheumatology, Dr. Cook joined the faculty in the Division of Rheumatology as an assistant professor.
He completed his bachelor's degree in kinesiology at Arizona State University before going on to earn his osteopathic medical doctorate at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine - Midwestern University. Dr. Cook completed his internal medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He also spent one year serving as a hospitalist at Banner - University Medical Center - Tucson.
Dr. Cook is a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society, the American College of Rheumatology, the Ohio Association of Rheumatology, the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.
