Title: P2RX7 Deletion in T Cells Promotes Autoimmune Arthritis by Unleashing the Tfh Cell Response

Hsin-Jung Joyce Wu, PhD graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine and obtained her PhD degree from the University of Kentucky, studying B cell signaling. For her post-doctoral training, Jocye Wu joined the lab of Diane Mathis and Christophe Benoist at Harvard University, where she investigated the roles of gut microbiota in autoimmune diseases. She is a faculty member of the University of Arizona since 2011. Dr. Wu's current research includes Dysregulation of Immunity & Inflammation, Immunotherapy & Immune Intervention and Microbial Pathogenesis & Commensalism. These research areas are dedicated to the understanding of how commensal bacteria influence the inflammatory and immune response mediated by autoimmune disease. The goal of this work is focused on exploring the link between gut microbiota, mucosal immunity and autoimmune arthritis.
