The University of Arizona Arthritis Center - Breathing for Health and Resiliency

Saturday, May 9, 2020 - 12:00pm
Event Location:

Via Livestream (details on event registration confirmation)

The flow of the breath constantly helps shape our body's energy patterns. Dealing with stress can cause the breath to become shallow and constricted, resulting in poor body function. Studies show that proper breathing and relaxation techniques can reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce stress and foster overall well-being. We look forward to presenting this special livestream class to our community.
